Radio has suddenly appeared on my iOS 9 beta 1 iPhone 6 in the UK. No stations will actually play...  Music on its way?!

Same iPhone 5s IOS9 b1 in the U.S. It's playing for me! It says (playing live) it's live. It says coming soon but there's people talking and they're playing music. EDIT : it's a pre-recording.

I remember in iOS7 they iTunes Radio showed up, but quickly disappeared again.
I would not hold my breathe, I would hazard a guess that the beta is not geo-locked.

Well, the difference being that iTunes Radio was never announced for the UK, whereas we know Apple music is definitely coming at the end of the month.

Interesting to see the BBC's World Service listed there on a UK Apple ID, located in Germany...

Also, with iOS 7 it would appear but disappear very quickly. Now, it's staying around and not going anywhere ;)

Very excited to be trying all this out! Really hope they are turning it on/giving us an update for iOS 9 beta testers :)

Also showing here in the UK, although clicking on a station opens the player interface but it closes a second after.

So everything I see so far seems to be divided between "My Music" and "Radio". Where are you supposed to go to, say, browse a list of all albums from a particular artist and then play individual songs from different albums in the order you like?

Since the Radio just popped up, could this mean that they don't need to release a new BETA June 30th?

There are more tabs that are still to be added. There's definitely a charts/what's new tab that I can remember being shown, very similar to iTunes Store. Otherwise I'm guessing it's just search I think. Imagine doing it in iTunes Store but being able to play them as if you owned them, making playlists, adding to up next however you want.

Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong :p

My best guess is that Apple Music and iTunes Radio will be available worldwide.

My playlist got reset on iOS 8.3 like I had  provided playlist like for example iTunes top 50 pop and pure pop playlist and they got deleted
Anyways just thought I'd share my probably unimportant tip/update lol

If you search and click on a song, you get the subscription page.
I don't get this. If I'm not connected to wifi I get this:

When I am connected to wifi, I don't get the subscriptions page. Instead, the music attempts to play but immediately closes before anything is played.

The Beats One preview and the BBC works service channel are now playing for me in the UK. Bring on tomorrow!!!

Is there any news what the Music App does when it is in landscape mode? Thought not a fan of Cover Art I would prefer that to no rotation. I use the phone as a media player in my car and it is fitted in Landscape orientation majority of the time while listening to my playlists.

Thanks

Click on Settings when the pop-up appears and activate mobile data on iTunes Store and App Store!

When you do that you will activate it to automatic updates, iTunes Match and Apple Music.

It's the only way to use Apple Music through 3G/4G.
