I just received my new Mac Pro replacement I have been waiting on for the past couple months!

Here is what I am showing now...

Slot 7 is a Firewire card
Slot 6 is a Sonnet Tempo card with a Samsung SSD
Slot 3 is the Sonnet M.2 4x4 PCIe Card (Silent)

Yes, that would make sense to have that much bandwidth if you place the Sonnet m.2 4x4 in slot 3 as that's not allocated as part of the A or B pool. The reason I'm not doing this myself is I'm reserving slot 3/4 for an MPX module either a GPU or After Burner v2 should they expand more than ProRes capability.

Also did you mean Slot 6 for your Sonnet Tempo card? As I would imagine Slot 8 is for Apple's I/O card.
