Awesome find on the RAM! I just ordered. At that price it's a no-brainer!

Especially since I have Amazon Prime, so free 2 day shipping :)

i bought the 2x4gb corsair ones on amazon and they've been running fine for several days now. first thing i did was run Rember after installing and it passed all tests. if you buy this ram, be careful when opening the frustration-inducing package. the plastic is molded around the modules really tightly and you can easily bend or break the modules if you try to pry them out. better to cut around carefully til they slip out easily. took me a good 10 minutes getting them out.

I just bought these as well from Amazon and they should be here Saturday. Looking forward to adding some more head room for the mini since I pretty much max it out as is with 4 gigs.

Ha! So funny, I was opening up the same RAM as you were posting this. Yes, it is a real bear to take out of the packaging. I had to get a box cutter and make careful cuts. The second stick actually popped into the air as I was removing it! I was a bit worried, but it appears OK.

I actually just got done running Rember. Results are All tests passed. Available memory 5806 MB.
