Considering that it is impossible that all of our HUBs/Displays with Thunderbolt ports have failed at the same time since the introduction of Sequoia, at this point it is clear that the problem lies in the Kernel that has created some incompatibility.

If other users also confirm that they are using Thunderbolt devices connected to the computer when the problem occurs, we will at least have identified the cause.

Now the problem is getting Apple to understand this and hoping for a solution.
For me it happens without anything external connected (I only use an external devices when making backup).
Other than having Rosetta added I have an older printer driver installed. Behavior similar to describer here: no error messages. Sometimes the popup that the MBP could not restart logout due to risk of losing unsaved work, requiring manual intervention.

Yeah, it is also not related for me. But it has been stable, as long as I don't keep system monitoring software, like istat menu, running.

What has not been stable, is the emoji picker and I am amazed how slow and badly implemented it is, for such a simple function. I have now installed emojifinder.
 
I am not able to reproduce this issue on a M4 16" MacBook Pro and M3 14" MacBook Pro. Did you run Etrecheck? Did you check your Crash Reporter Logs? Did you install any Third-Party Anti-virus or security apps or optimizer apps? Instead off using macOS beta versions, you should stick with the stable macOS Sequoia version.

I tried everything. Etrecheck, Norton Antivirus, Logs, clean install, everything.
I use stable macOS Sequoia versions but I installed beta versions because the problem is still here, not only for me as you can read in this thread.
 
I tried macOS 18.3 beta 3 today. Nothing changed.
After the release of the stable build I will request a warranty replacement. At this point, I'm afraid it's a problem in the hardware of some Macs.
