For me it happens without anything external connected (I only use an external devices when making backup).With your contribution you confirm my concerns expressed in this message:
Considering that it is impossible that all of our HUBs/Displays with Thunderbolt ports have failed at the same time since the introduction of Sequoia, at this point it is clear that the problem lies in the Kernel that has created some incompatibility.
If other users also confirm that they are using Thunderbolt devices connected to the computer when the problem occurs, we will at least have identified the cause.
Now the problem is getting Apple to understand this and hoping for a solution.
