Did they run the diagnostic online or in an Apple store?

Online. Just updated my phone to 13.2.3 today, so I'm really hoping that fixes the issue.

13.2.3 and the iPhone has been rock solid for me! Everything has been fixed!

Had it with a new 11 on 13.2.2. Also FaceID did not recognize me after one day. After changing the hardware all of this was gone. So use the return period if possible....

I get an occasional respring. iOS 13 been funny like that.
