10.1.1 using 6S Plus 128GB and I can't believe how terrible this OS is in the the iOS history I have (since iPhone 4)...
Since updating to 10.1.1 the battery life is significantly shorter. Just now I had to shut down the phone because the thing was overheating while browsing MacRumors.... I have never felt it so hot. My iPad Pro 9.7" also sucks battery now as well. I have Hey Siri off, background refresh off, reduce movement off, auto brightness on, etc.
I was one of the first to update to 10 and was caught in the bricking, plug into iTunes, bug and had to do a complete restore on both iPhone and iPad Pro. I have tried to go back to ios 9.3.5 and seems that is impossible now. I have no idea why Apple has to make it impossible to go back for you. Now I'm stuck in these shoddy releases as a secondary beta tester....
I moved my MacBook Pro back to El Capitan and glad I could do that no problems, but Sierra, no way I didn't like that either.
I think Apple seems to be losing quality control on their software. For now I hope this issues get fixed and I will never again update for Apple products from the beginning. Lesson learned.
