I am also reluctant to update anything anymore due to the headache it has created for me previously.

Are these 3 following updates harmless or should i proceed with caution?

Also i think i had previously upgraded the OS from Mojave to Catalina, so how stable is Catalina ? Perhaps the recent update on Catalina is the issue.
