Calendar for ToDo -- and Notes too.

i dont understand why people dont just use their calender for a to do list??
That's what I'm doing. I'm also using the calendar as my "notes" application, since it supports note fields that are big enough for me.

I wish Apple took the "PDA" aspect of the iPhone platform into account more when they developed the SDK, but I guess they still see it more as an iPod that can do other stuff. So I work around their short-sightedness. I like the platform enough to do that rather than use something else. It can only get better over time.

I cannot recommend OmniFocus enough!

It is simply incredible and since getting it I have been more productive than ever!

The sync is flawless, the desktop and the iPhone app are both incredible!

Any questions about them please ask! :)

I'm taking a really close look at it. How long did it take you to become proficient enough so that it was actually saving you time?

The facet that appeals to me about the system is the way it encourages you to enter tasks free form and organize them later. I tend to spend too much time doing both at once, which slows me down.

Thanks.
