This is great. I hadn't read this specific recommendation before, but I just checked and this happens to be pretty much the setup I've come to on my own, just based on personal comfort.Arms length
Any ergnomic specialist will tell you that the monitor should be arms length away from your eyes so reach your arm and make sure your fingers are barely touching the monitor.
Also, the TOP of the screen should be level with your eyes, so either adjust your chair height, or get an adjustable stand and adjust the height until the top of the screen is level with your eyes.
