I accidentally deleted a back up for my iPhone in iTunes that has valuable (password) information that I didn't duplicate prior to deleting the back-up. Is there a way to recover the back-up file? I'm on a newer MacBook and have looked in my Trash but there's nothing there. Please help!

Thanks.

I did a search in Mac Forums. Here is link that might help

Edit: found another link. I have not read through it all but from the first few lines, it may be of help:

RE: Did you back up your MacBook w/ a Time Machine.

Yes, I believe it is doing that but I've had some issues with it lately. Would that help if it did?
