The exact same instructions worked for the guy above you - logic tells me you did something wrong or missed a step.

Double, triple and quadruple checked... No dice... Not sure why it didn't work...

Yeah... I'm not sure why it isn't working... Kinda frustrating... I had 4.1 working, upgraded to 4.2.1 and now it doesn't.. Did the steps listed above, but didn't work... I'll keep trying different combinations...

Turn off the LS in WB. Delete the entire theme directory on the phone. Reboot phone. Start from scratch.
 
Go to Settings -> Safari -> Databases and delete the SublimeLockHD database, then re-spring. You'll need to visit the config page on 4.2.1.

Did this... But.. I haven't deleted the theme and tried again yet... The only reason I'm upset is I loved this theme with a custom lock screen. Now that I updated to 4.2.1, I'm not really that happy (with the iOS that is...)
 
Edit the CSS file to LockBackgroundThumbnail.jpg
Needs a respring to show your lockscreen

Sweet Jesus, thank you! I tried a few other steps listed and that didn't work.. But this did..... Again, thanks!

EDIT: Noticed that with this method, my wallpapers wasn't full resolution; very hazy and grainy...

Glad it worked.

There's probably a way to change through settings but I wouldn't have a clue.
This will do me in the mean time.

Changed to a new wallpaper and I noticed with this tweak, the image selected is not full size/high quality. Any idea what to check or do to get a higher quality image on my lock screen with this theme?

Did that before, tried another route and had no luck... So, this is what I finally did and had success..

Opened var/library/themes/analock HD via WinSCP. Tried all the suggestions with no luck. Un-selected the theme via winterboard, deleted from cydia and then deleted the analock folder from inside the directory via WinSCP. Reinstalled the theme through cydia, this time I noticed the theme did not instal to var/library/themes, but instead iFile says i'ts now located in /var/stash/Themes.cYR05S. From there, I was able to follow your steps listed in the link and edit my CSS file, and upload my wallpaper. Now I had my desired results. I was able to select my own background, and it was in a high resolution. Not sure if this is expected, but just wanted to post up incase anyone else is having any issues... I like this theme so much I was determined not to give up! Thanks again for your help and guidance!

/Library/Themes is a shortcut to /var/stash/Themes.XXXXXX, glad you got it working though :)
 
So can you not un-apply Analock,respring,select and apply wallpaper then apply Analock again?

Will the wallpaper you selected show or will it still have a black background?

What i'm doing to get round this problem is editing the background url to var/stash/themes/Analock/LockBackground.jpg or .png.

I've done this on other Lockscreen themes and the HTC Widget [HD].Much easier having the images to use in the same folder as the theme as you can just rename any wall to LockBackground.jpg or png, respring and your done.
 
I upgraded last night to 4.3.1 and am now having a slider issue as well as the the backgroun issue again. I can figure out the wallpaper issue from the thread, but the slider is a new one. The old "grey arrow" slider is still present, as well as the 'dot' and the slider doesn't look as stream-lined as it did on 4.2.1. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for it i'm missing? Thanks for any help!

Same here. Hoping the theme author will figure out the 4.3.1 changes soon. How did you fix the wallpaper? I just jumped from 4.1 to 4.3.1 so I'm experiencing this for the first time. Thx.

To use your own wallpaper;

Go to /Library/Themes/AnalockHD.theme and open up Analock.css
At the top of that file, there is a background rule commented out, remove the /* and */ from the line
Change 'LockBackground~inactive.png to 'Background.png' on the same line
Now add your wallpaper to /AnalockHD.theme folder and call it 'Background.png'

The 3rd step is important, do not call it LockBackground.png.

Perfect, thanks! Appreciate the help. Now I'm off to search why putting a widget on the home screen blanks out wallpaper. This is fun! :( Answer: Needed to put the Wallpaper.png inside the HTML widget folder to get it to show behind my animated weather. It's not showing the proper resolution as a background, but we're getting closer!

I've been looking and can't find an answer in regards to the slider issue. Anyone else having any luck?

Search around. A couple of people have posted two files that need to be added to your themes "telephony" folder to fix this. I'm at a customer site otherwise I'd search it for you.
