The path in cydia seems to be missing a space
So wouldn't come up in the configuration in safari

Use this one to setup

I got the configuration working fine, but my Clock isn't working. I'll try again.

Update: If you already have the previous version installed, delete the Analock HD.theme from your phone and then download 3.0. from Cydia. It works! Not sure if the download breaks it for everyone, or just those of us that have done some extra modding of the theme.

Hey guys,

As you know, Analock HD update hit Cydia today. Didn't go to plan.
Cydia is installing Analock HD.theme, whilst I submitted AnalockHD.theme - yes, a space is most likely the cause of this whole fiasco.

My host (an extremely helpful, patient person) has pushed out an update to Cydia right away which should solve a few of the issues. I will need to wait and see the result of this change before going any further with potential debugging.

I apologise for the problems, myself and my theme host are working very hard to solve this. For now, please remember to add a space between Analock and HD in the config URL:

(WRONG on Cydia): file:///Library/Themes/AnalockHD.theme/config.html

(CORRECT): file:///Library/Themes/Analock HD.theme/config.html

(CORRECT): file:///Library/Themes/Analock%20HD.theme/config.html

Please post any findings you may come across - I would be infinitely grateful.

The bottom one worked fine for my non-SSH jailbreak. Using Cydia version. Great lockscreen!

I'm entering the URL properly into Safari, but it's telling me that I'm unable to visit the site because it's a local file? Am I missing something?

You've missed an instruction:

Download and install file:// for Safari from Cydia :)

Thanks for this, really enjoy it on my phone.

The previous version I liked because I could edit the text to have several lines and I actually had "If found, please contact:<br>email<br>phone". The latest version with the Safari-based input has a limit on # of characters, is there a specific part of a file I could edit to be able to do that longer text again?

My bad!!!
Thanks so much for the help and the awesome theme! Loving it.

No problem :)

Sorry, not at the moment - the database only allows for this particular # of characters.

Update on situation
My host has just submitted a fix (hopefully!) to Cydia. Something was going wrong with the installation of the files apparently, things weren't in the correct place.

A temporary fix (I believe) is to manually delete all Analock HD folders from /Library/Themes and reinstalling via Cydia. Thanks to scirica for this find.

I will post again once this change has been made. I'm not sure it will appear on Cydia's changes list.

this is me...

What did you use iFile for exactly?
Sorry to ask these questions - I'm just trying to make sure there's no bugs in the code and that the problem resides on the Cydia/host end.

after installing the lockscreen, opened ifile to , analock HD.theme, and edited the analock.js file, added my local yahoo weather code, changed the numbers from roman to normal 3,9,12 etc, and added the text in center,, did a respring and its all good like you see it now

Update: The theme has been 'fixed' on Cydia (the instructions on Cydia are now correct). Please try this update - I apologise for the confusion yesterday, but it was out of my hands (we believe).

I'm running into a tiny issue with the two variants of the Analock theme. Originally I SSH'd mine into the Themes folder and worked fine. Also installed the Cydia version which worked fine as well. After seeing there was an issue with the Cydia version, I uninstalled and planned on downloading again to have the proper version. Even after I removed the Cydia version, I still have the SSH'd version on my phone and now I can't delete it. Using iPhone Explorer and iFile, I'm unable to delete the theme. Any suggestions. Attached is a screenie of the iFile error message I get if that helps.

EDIT: NEVERMIND. stupid n00b at work here :( I done fixed it.

3.1 Seems Fine

I had 3.0 successfully installed so I thought I'd try the update in Cydia (3.1).

1. Left 3.0 installed which was the Analock HD (with space before HD) installed.
2. Downloaded 3.1 from Cydia.
3. As expected, the wrongly named 3.0 version was still on the phone. Checked the folder and noticed that most files were gone from that theme (interesting).
4. 3.1 version was loaded correctly, so I selected that in Winterboard and made my personal css changes.
5. Changed my Safari bookmark path to remove the space between Analock & HD.
6. Working like a champ!

Next upgrade should be much smoother assuming the host uploads to Cydia correctly. Great work Andy!

Thanks for that post scirica, really useful info :)

Could anyone who has installed 3.0 from Cydia (the latest version of it, which Cydia is calling 3.1 in some places now) please leave a message here to let me know if it worked, or if it didn't. If it didn't how did you fix it?

I'm still trying to resolve a couple of issues, though it seems to have died down a bit with the latest release.

I apologise for this, we're still unsure if there's a bug or if Cydia is doing something crazy. For now, we think Cydia is doing something crazy - this would be due to my host uploading incorrectly.

I had the same issue as Scirica but, as has been said, putting in the space solved this.

Hmm... Not sure if I am following exactly, but I had to remove the space in the config file to "...AnalockHD" for the config file to open. I didn't remove 3.0 when I updated to 3.1. Not sure if that had anything to do with it. Either way, deleted the space and now I can access config file, make my changes, then selected it in winterboard...

So is there a 3.1 now? Your personal site where I got the zip has the change log as 3.0.

BTW, Thank you again for this wonderful design.
