Back to the topic, Apple sold the ability to run Intel apps, if they remove that, the product is not as advertised.
I think there is enough buzz in the internet to take it seriously. If Intel pushes the charges forward against Apple there is not much Apple can do besides paying royalties to Intel or stopping using their IP, in which case another lawsuit would be created (the one I would be joining).
