Removed MBP from iCloud but still showing under Find my mac?

It keeps re-appearing unfortunately.. tried every way described so far.

I have the exact same problem here. I reset my Macbook Pro and sold it some time ago. I keep getting it back under "Find My". If I do "Remove Device" it gets removed, but next day it's right back on the list.

I guess I'll try and contact Apple Support for this.

Did either of you manage to resolve this? If so, how so? Through Apple Support?
