In an epic mistake, I selected “mark as junk” instead of “mark as read” on my entire trash folder. Inevitably, 90% of all my mail is now going to junk instead of my inbox. Ironically, some junk is coming to my inbox (although that was the case before as well).

Is there a way to reset the junk rules holistically instead of individual email by email as it comes in? I have tried Mail > Settings > Junk Mail > Reset multiple times to no luck.

Disabling junk mail for a period of time is not a solution, given how much junk email iCloud addresses get.

For what it is worth, the initial action “mark as junk” was done on my iPhone. Thanks.
