Not without reducing the quality, but you have to remember part of the sides or top and bottom will be cropped off on the iPad, and there will be the clock above it and the slide to unlock below.

Ok, this is an extreme long shot but maybe one of you people recognize this.
I downloaded a wallpaper YEARS ago and recently found it again, only it was resized for a phone wallpaper. I saved it and have used it on my ipad 2 but would love to find a full res version of this image. Anyone seen this pic before?

Can't take credit for the base images, but I have taken these from some images I had kickin around and extrapolated them to 2048x2048. Not perfect, you can see the lines if you really look for them, but adequate in my view.
I tend to like a simple feel to my backdrops.
Those are very cool - especially the 1st one.
