The more returns they have, the busier they are and longer it will take to fix the yellowing issue. Less returns, less busy. Quicker solution to the problem.

Just wait until they fix the yellowing screens and they are no longer being shipped like someone took a piss on them. Before you return them for a new one.

Really? Returns people are also working on the fix? I would have thought replacing an iMac would have nothing to do with the Tech guys working on a fix for this.

Last I checked, urinating into the computer will ruin your ability to return it (and the computer).

QFT

dont be silly its only a iMac , why should apple be bothered about , its not a iphone and not a ipod ,even it does look like a giant ipad , so i guess high end computers are not something apple wants in their future lineup
gadgets are the future and apple jumps on this wagon regardless if that means pissing of some customers , the iphones and ipods and future sales of ipads create more then enough profits to keep apple alive, they dont have to be worried about some faulty iMacs

LOL, really?

everybody....return your 27" imac's to "hurt" apple...

thats never going to happen to a company with billions in the bank. at most it will be a micro scoping accounting issue.

Reputation? ;)

Anyway, I have nothing meaningful to add except my iMac is going back this Saturday and they're opening up my replacement there to check for the issue before I take it home. All hail making a fuss in store in front of customers :D
