I have downgraded both the phone to iOS 8.4 again and Back to Yosemite on my mac...

I have the same problem: upgrading to iOS9, inaccurately I've confirm new Note upgrading and… a messy. I've loose Note sync with Mac (10.9). Also my iPhone 5s begin works slowly. Tried to downgrade to iOS8 but was too late to do it.
I'm agree with that is very un-elegant behavior. Such the same mkt strategies to constrain client to upgrading (to sell more devices) with a very clever trick.
