Says the person who needs "sources" to prove to him that iPhone users don't do wired data transfer. I don't think you have much left to say that I'm interested in reading. Welcome to ignore.
Translation: You can't provide any sources so you turn tail and run. Block me away. No sweat off my back

Yes the next iPhone could be C but still 2.0. Some Androids are still 2.0, but at least there are also others with higher USB. You just need to research if you want higher.
Yeah, I think that just like the iPad Air/Pros, the regular phones will be 2.0 with the Pros being 3.0. This won’t violate the EU regulations.

I don't think I'm going to the miss Lightning Connector. Are you? ⚡️

I will not miss my graveyard of burnt out, dead, one sided, glitchy lightning cable collection
Yup, the number of “reversible” lightning cables I have that are no longer reversible (but since they still work in one orientation so it’s an absurd waste to throw them out) is insane

The fact that Lightning was introduced in September 2012, and was explicitly intended to be their iPhone connector for the next 10 years, shows just how mediocre and visionless Tim Cook is. Earlier that same year (2012), Apple shipped the first Macs with USB 3.0. What the hell is the point of shipping Macs with USB 3.0 in 2012 if later that same year, Apple introduces a new data cable that is limited to USB 2.0 and intended to be implemented on iPhones the next 10 years?

Steve Jobs, despite his many faults, would've never let that happen.

You will if you get a loose contact with your usb-c port. Replacing the cable will not help then. BTW I never had problems with my lightning cables they all work fine over years.

As I understood Apples vision is going wireless. There will be an improved air drop. Wired connections is a thing of the past or do you miss an ethernet port on your iphone?
