Why do you post them here? If I post critcism of Apple, I'm told to go away. Yet you're posting criticism of an entirely different company, repeatedly. It's all you do.

Why?

Because he can. Why so upset? I was interested to learn this. [RANT] If you want to talk about how rubbish apple is, looking on the mac forums which is filled with people who own apple products out of choice over others (meaning that they presumably prefer them), is a bit silly don't you think?

Get your ass to the Windows 7 forums. [/RANT]

Err - no, I don't. I WANT to talk about how utterly perfect in every single possible way every product they produce is. But that's not how things are - I bring a little needed reality to this place.

Yet in doing that, I'm told to go to hell.

Yet this guy is doing the exact same for an entirely off topic subject matter, and is greeted with open arms.

It's hypocrisy.

It makes absolutely zero difference whether Microsoft ship something good or not - it never has and never will.

All that matters is that it is 'touch-screeny' enough to convince zombie-consumers that its 'just as good as an iphone' and in many ways for those people it is probably true.

Do you have any intention of ever using a WinMo 7 device? If not (and I am sure the answer is no) then why is it of ANY interest to you?

At least be honest, you post it because you are an horrific Mac fanboy and will post anything and everything negative that you find regarding Microsoft.

That's the truth of the matter, is it not?

If it were not - then your thread starting history would not be so biased towards threads of negative news about Microsoft. You have not, I suspect, started a thread about the DL-DVI cables that Apple sells for £69 that don't work, or the emails Apple lost during the .mac to me.com transition, or the flickering 27" iMacs etc etc.

Just the negativity towards Microsoft and Dell.

Why. Be honest. I dare you.

Just the negativity towards Microsoft and Dell.

How is this negativity? If you look through the posts most of us agree that Microsoft are taking their time with this to get it right, so they do not release the mobile version of vista.

(But don't even get me started about dell tho, I honestly think they make nothing but tacky, breakable products.)

Please, this is just a discussion, if you do not like it, there is no-one forcing you to read it.

Actually, if I want to find out what the troubles are with, say, a car I want to buy, I go find the user forums for that vehicle. They'll know the most about what's rubbish and what's not.

Adults don't fear any negative discussion about the pieces of metal and plastic they've bought. They don't define themselves by their stuff and the stuff's makers.

Back on topic, there's a rumor from Russia (a great source for WM previews) that WM7 might be incompatible with older software. If so, perhaps they really do want to start with a clean slate. I'd bet that would mostly apply to plugins, but hard to tell yet. Same rumor says WM7 looks a lot like Android.
