First thing first, I did not touch the developer menu.
And the actual problem is, Netflix start streaming in FHD but not switching resolution on its own even though it is buffering in a much higher bitrate as decypher44 shown us.
My trick is when it is buffering at ~10000, force it to load video again by moving along the seekbar. It works for me
