I've deactivated instant results in Google settings and no more blank pages (so far, at least)!

This was the solution for me a while ago.
(Google.com ⇒ Settings (down right corner) ⇒ Search Settings ⇒ Google Instant Predictions ⇒ Never Show Instant Results ⇒ Save).
I am still using AdBlock and no problems at all.

No problems here, did a clean install of 10.10.3 and updated to 10.10.4
Yes, I have the same issue.

It seems to be pretty widespread but no one solution. I don't wasn't to go back th Chrome but I may sice this is so annoying.

Wow -I never knew about that Settings menu on Google. Thanks for the top. I'll come back and report whether this fix helped me!

Thanks so much for the tip. I didn't think of that setting at all.

I've been seeing this issue in the last few days, and am wondering if it might be a bug introduced either in the recent Safari 8.0.7 update, or in 10.10.4. Anyone else seeing this?

Basically, you hit "back", often after a Google search, and get a blank page. You have to reload to get the page you were on.

I'm getting this problem too. Pain in the ass to have to keep reloading pages when going back.
