Firefox by far. Chrome spies on you, and also by using it you're contributing to a future where Google has a monopoly over web standards and by extension the development of the internet.

Firefox stores a gb of data every time i stream a game, and sloooooooows down alot

I've been using Firefox for years, and it keeps getting better. I feel it has the best bookmark management of the three browsers mentioned by the OP. Plus it's really customizable. I only use Safari on my iPhone, and I never use Chrome.

Also if You have a Firefox acc, bookmarks and passwords are synced in all your devices. I don't know why some people say keychain is the only password manager, because the fact is every big browser (Chrome, firefox, Opera,...) have password manager that work as good as keychain.

I use Safari when I'm on battery but the fact I cant watch youtube videos in higher resolution than 1080p or use a proper Ad blocker put me off a lot.

The Vivaldi browser, which is built on Chromium, works on both Mac and Windows but not iOS yet. It takes any Chrome extension and has features like built-in webpage screenshot capability, note-taking which can be associated with a URL and many customization options. Aside from that I use Chrome, which is pretty fast and syncs very well with all of my Windows, Mac and iOS devices.

The upcoming version of Microsoft's Edge browser (built on Chromium) sounds very promising, with the ability to accept all Chrome extensions in addition to Microsoft-specific features. Edge is particularly interesting because it also works on iOS devices and synchronization between all platforms should be possible.

What browser would you, dear experts, recommend in terms of privacy and security, please?;)
Tor is way too slow for me, unfortunately enough...:(

I’ve had Chrome as my default browser on the iPhone & iPad for as long as I can remember.

But I’ve just changed back to Safari on the iPad (& will most likely do so on iPhone) as international sites are noticeably quicker & blocking ads is easier on Safari.

& of course the integration with IOS makes things run slicker I think.

Edit....just noticed this is a Mac forum...
