safari tabs dont reload

1. Safari seems to be heaps better at managing memory.
2. Tabs do reload sometimes, but instead of blanking out and throwing you to the top of the page, they reload seamlessly in the background and put you exactly where you were browsing, so you won't feel the reload as a complete start over.
