That does indeed break some clause of the NDA that guy probably signed...Since I signed one as well I can't even tell you if Safari 1.0 v52 is available.
Now...when you are installing Safari, a window pops up asking if you agree to the terms and conditions...it says there that Safari will indeed expire. Just so you know.
Hmmm...I synced my iBook's date and time with one of apple's time servers and the date I had was December 31, 1969...
