Safari window dragging

I am now on beta 2. Trying to drag a Safari window is a challenge. A lot ofthe regions like that above the window controls cannot be used.

I'm not having a problem with window dragging. I have no doubt that you can find places where dragging doesn't work, but it seems pretty easy to find a spot.
