Placed my order. Currently I use the OnePlus 6, and I upgrade every six months to the next OnePlus flagship. I'll sell the OP6 sometime before the OP6T is released in the Fall.

I'm getting the device as it'll be worth at least $500 a year from now. It's a win-win personally as there's no loss.

I just can’t give up my iPhone X. Plus since I still have to make monthly payments on it I need to be using it to get my money’s worth.

That’s how I feel as well. I already have a friend wanting to buy it for 500 next year. Also, i has read that if you cancel due to the phone being back ordered they offer you an additional %10 off not to cancel. Tried that and it worked. Got the percentage off of the phone and the iconX ear buds.

Yeah heard the same though I haven't tried it yet. So when you attempted the cancellation, was that through the application or website? And it seems accessories weren't cancelled for you, right?

Did you forward your order confirmation to Insights yet?

I used the website. Doesn’t even bring you to a new page just sort of opens a drop down. Didn’t lose any accessories.

Yes, I sent the confirmation immediately. Still haven’t heard anything, still back ordered.

Did you select the reason as "Item(s) will take long time to arrive" and actually hit the blue "CANCEL ORDER" button before it prompted you for the 10%?

EDIT: The prompt appeared after the attempted cancellation. Got the 10% Discount and the accessories were not affected.

Can some one send me referral link, thank you.

Don’t think it works that way anymore. I definitely didn’t get any referral links, I won’t even have my phone for a few more weeks.

How did the program work for the folks that got in on it? Do you plan to do it again for Note 10?

There isn't much you need to do after becoming part of the program. It's definitely worthwhile, and I'll get the Note 10 next round assuming the discount is the same. Referred family, and they have S10+ right now. These devices will still be worth purchase price after a year, both the Note 9 and S10+.

I know there’s not much to do. Some of the terms and conditions concerned me last time because they were written for a free device, etc. Just making sure nobody had any issues. My order got messed up and since I was still nervous about making the switch I didn’t pursue it. I may try again if I’m able to get in on the Note 10.
