It's funny how many people are switching from the iPhone 11 to something else considering it's such a great phone. It's just boring I think.

“It just works” doesn’t always work for tech enthusiasts...until we switch to something that doesn’t work quite as well...then we switch back.

Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

PS. Can’t blame the guy. The Note is so good and I’m kicking myself for not taking advantage of that deal.

I have a XS, and a note 10+. I hate using the iPhone at this point.
I get it. iPhones are just not that exciting even if they are excellent devices. If you want a great device that does everything really well, iPhone are perfect and it's hard to fault that.

Usually I try and iPhone and then jump back to Android fairly quickly. But this year none of the Android devices have wowed me. The note 10 plus is excellent but there wasn't much value at the time I was looking to get a new phone and I find myself getting a little bored on Samsung devices at times. I really want to like the Pixel 4 XL I currently am testing out, especially at the price, but so far it's just lacking.

FYI note 10 (regular sized) 128 black, Galaxy buds, 50$ gift card for 624.00 on Amazon, about 67% claimed about 3 hours to go.

It's unlocked.

Lightning deal.

I'm almost tempted. Almost. If it was the + I'd probably ordered it first then posted here...

I have the regular 10 and I haven't yet regretted not getting the 10+ and it has been over three months!

Don't knock the regular 10 until you try.. I personally love the size and pocket-abilty.

I feel like Note 10 is unbeatable at least for a while.

Looks 10/10
Features 10/10
Build quality 10/10
Price 3/10

Smart, fast, tough....etc..

The leaked pics of s11 doesn't look too exciting, especially from the back.

yeah i agree with this. pulled the trigger on Note 10 because the S11 leaks don't have the aesthetic appeal of the Note 10.

Disagree.

I can't give any phone with notches or hole punches a 10/10 for looks.

Features are up there but not at the useful level of say the Pixel, but I also don't use the S pen so maybe that's why I rate it a little lower.

The Note would be a pretty unbeatable phone if it had a notchless screen, higher refresh rate, and quicker updates.

Note 10s hole punch is much less destructive than s10's twin cams or a notch. Sometimes i even forget its there.

Note 10 probably be Samsung's best seller of all times in the near future

Best selling phone of all time? Not even close. The S line sells much better than the Note line. It may be their best selling Note of all time. I'm not sure on that one.

Some good deals with Samsung. If I had traded in my S10 plus, I could have bought a Note 10 plus for $350 plus tax, and free earbuds. I thought about it, but changed my mind. That deal is gone though. Different one now.

If its affecting quarterly Samsung's profit you never know what the future brings.

But you are right, the S series is Samsung's #1 flagship.

You shouldn't have lost the opportunity. This is the best deal i've heard for the Note 10.

S11 will be improvement but then note 11 will further things on. 2 different beasts for me, no point comparing them as I always end up on the note (& iPhone!) lol

Note is definitely the better device but I would say the best value is getting the S device around the time when the Note releases or around black friday. Like this year the S10 plus was like $550 with free galaxy buds. Thats a crazy value.

maybe but too late in the cycle for most of us tech heads in here.

it would be like (holds breath) buying last years model! :)

Not really, i skipped s8 and s10. Still using s9+ side by side with Note10 and doesn't feel outdated yet.
It was a joke mate. You know how most of us NEED to have the latest and how quickly others fall from favour and threads die as soon as a phone gets passed several months

how do I get rid of these ads? I'm already opted out of customization services.

I did manage to pass on the Amazon lightning deal for the note 10... But I checked on it almost a half dozen times before I decided not to. I've rubbernecked this phone a lot 😖

Huh... Had a thought cross my mind a little bit ago I find a bit, I don't know, ironic? As a pixel (Nexus) fan boi, I go through, on average about a pixel a year... I'm sitting on 3 of them right now, a 2 XL, a 3 XL (which I'm growing frustrated with) and now a 3a I got to replace my S7 edge... The funny part is, I've had the S7 edge since about 6 months after release. It's got a pending OTA (probably not many more of those to go) and it's still working.

Now, I don't use it nearly as much as my 2 XL which I almost consistently baby sit since it's rooted...

I guess in some sense, the S7 has saved me some cash because despite it being my main line I don't really use, I haven't really had urge to upgrade it.

I've dismissed most other devices because lack of root and control, but here I am needing to sit out a block of time and computer space to maintain my pixels...

Not really sure the point of this particular post is, just something that crossed my mind...

How long ago was the s7e released? 🤔
