I believe the att S4 price will be $579. The ATT S3 retail was $550. And it is extremely easy to unlock the S3 for free.

Sure S4 will be easily unlocked as well for ATT once its released.

That's £100/ $150 more than the iPhone 5

I don't think that I'd be willing to pay that much, I picked up a note 2 for $199, which is superior imo.

Yeah that SIM free price is insane, I hope that comes down quickly. The contract pricing on most networks is good though, Three will give you the phone for free on a £35 a month contract with 500 minutes, 5,000 texts, and unlimited data - very good if you ask me, especially considering Three will not up their prices at all when their LTE network is launched, you just keep your current plan and automatically get 4G.
