Step-by-step solution!

Thanks pastrychef and bax2003!

SOLUTION!

I found this pretty good article on how to do it step-by-step:
http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Installing+Apple+Mac+Pro+(Early+2008)+Internal+SATA+Bluray+Drive/14147/1

And, I ordered these parts to make it work:

ARTICLE ISSUES:
There are a few flaws in the article. Such as:
  1. You don't need to remove the video card. (But it helps if you want to blow the dust out.)
  2. Step 7 needs to be completed BEFORE Step 6
  3. Because my new SATA cable was short, I had to route the cable a slightly different way to fit (Step 11). You may consider buying a longer cable - or - one the "L"s a different way. The one I purchased points down, instead of up like the one in Step 11.

OPERATION ISSUE:
Once I installed the new drive, the second bay wouldn't respond to "Option + Eject". (The top drive responded to this as well as "Eject".) After a lot of trial and error, I finally figured out that the SATA drive needed to be in drive 2, while the IDE had to be in drive 1. Once I switched them, both responded appropriately!

Thanks again EVERYONE! You ROCK!
