I rolled back both my iPhone5s and iPad Air to iOS8.4
Its not that I was not happy with iOS9, its jus that these are used daily and the lags and glitches were cheesing me off.
I'll probably upgrade again when the GM is released.

I actually found the performance quite good. Glitches I definitely had, but of course we all know that's part of the deal :)

Update:
So with 2 full days with the public beta here is where I'm at....the first day was pretty good and I was enjoying better battery and basically everything was working, the 2nd day (today) not so good, the control slide up panel got stuck on me twice and wouldn't pull up the only thing that would get it back was doing a shut down and re-start then it worked again, then LTE seemed to be acting all weird (I'm on Verizon) it would shift from 3G to LTE and my battery dropped big time today and I was in the same area I usually am that I normally get LTE with no problems so it wasn't like I was traveling or anything. The pages in safari were sticky scrolling and there was noticeable lag, the lag and scrolling I could deal with however it's the crazy cell tower stuff and battery drain I can't deal with. So I just did a full restore, wiped my phone and now it's loading up my saved back up, I now have 8.4 back on my iPhone 5 and I'm waiting for it to load all my apps and music (I have 5,513 songs in my library) so this is going to take awhile.

I wanted to stay on the public beta but it's just to flakey on Verizon so I'm going to wait for the official release of iOS 9 in the Fall.

I wonder if there will be another public beta #2? I'm gonna miss the low power button as I thought that was a nice feature and the News App.
