Screen issues Pro Retina 2014

On my sons MacBook Pro "Core i5" 2.4 13" Late 2013 the screen has the problem as shown in the Video:

Otherwise the laptop works fine. When I connect an external screen with an HDMI cable the problem isn't on the external screen.

I cleaned the system internal, including the display connector.

So I'm suspecting the cable from the main board to the screen.

Has anyone a better idea or a suggestion how to fix this without replacing the screen?

Well I was hoping for that. I Couldn't find an tutorial, but I did find one eventually:
