checked in the morning the availability and tried my luck and got one in the store ... sadly little bit more difficult - had to buy a new iP - and return the other one and get the money back in a few days (no direct change possible).
upstairs to the genius bar - 1h data transfer - factory reset the old one and finally a perfect working IP Pro 16 ..
