Apparently there are quite a few people who agree!
I like iOS 10 with its new features but it slows down older devices. Period.
I have to disagree with you, Bladery, because a YouTuber said that it will not slow down the older devices. Period.

This is just one Youtuber who said that. But you have to make your own experience then.

Just flip the question around? What benefits would you get from upgrading?
Whatever iOS 10 brings that one might find of use (in addition to various security patches and the like).
