Security Update 2020-004 Won't Install

Well, having invoked the terminal command to `ignore 2020-005 update', after seemingly getting 2020-004' to update, my iMac is now saying that 2020-004 is the `new' update!! You may remember this eventually installed a few ago as a `surprise' after many, many nights of auto-updating leaving me with a blank black screen and the cursor in the TL corner necessitating a power down/up to restore operational capability. Under `About This Mac/System Report/Software/System Software Overview' I have "macOS 10.13.6 (17G66)". What exactly does this indicate/tell me?
