Normally 8.60km would be relatively simple, but I did injure my ankle last month. That’s also probably why it’s only 8.60km this month (because I was much less active the last week of August).

I wish I could tell my watch “Hey, my lower body is a little injured. How about giving me a monthly challenge that’s mostly upper body related?” 😂

I read on Apples website that we can pause the rings for days and even weeks in Watch Os 11.

It’s very welcome😁
