Mines is to record 3 walking workouts. Once the Labor Day heat wave is over it’ll be time to put on my AirPods, do some Time to Walk walking podcasts and go for a walk in the park.Unless I suffer a catastrophic injury.. this is even more insultingly easy than usual

Normally 8.60km would be relatively simple, but I did injure my ankle last month. That’s also probably why it’s only 8.60km this month (because I was much less active the last week of August).
I wish I could tell my watch “Hey, my lower body is a little injured. How about giving me a monthly challenge that’s mostly upper body related?” 😂
