Shared with You photos not working

Hey guys,

I just upgraded to iOS 15 and really got excited about the Shared with You feature. I can’t get the shared with you feature working for photos. There’s no tab in my “For You” section. Shared with you features are all turned on. Any ideas? Thanks
 
It’s not working for me in any of the apps that support it, one theory I have is that maybe it will kick in after some background processes have finished maybe!
 
Same here. I’ve not seen a single shared thing show up anywhere.
 
Anyone else still having issues? My shared with me links started showing up last night, still waiting on shared with you photos.

Shared with you in Photos app is still not working for me as well. It was one of the features I was most looking forward too!
 
I have 28,000 photos on my phone (yes, I need a cleansing)... just this morning the Shared with you section appeared in the For You tab.
 
Both the "Shared with you" in photos and the People album are being very slow to populate on my end.

My people album showing 0 scanned after 24+ hours. I thought they were already scanned? I guess it has to rescan everything for some reason. At least it didn't delete everything in the people album.
 
I had a shared with you sections in photos and after upgrading to iOS 15.1 it’s now gone.

None of the other “share with” sections have ever shown up for me. Even if I pin an item.

Exact same situation. Not like it was working well before but at least i had share with you section.

I managed to get a share with you in Safari. I had to pin a link from someone in my contacts. Still can’t get it back in Photos though.

Same here. After the 15.1 update my photos shared with you are gone but the recents album still shows way more photos then are appearing. So annoyed. I do still have safari links sharing
 
Hello everyone,
Any news regarding shared with you ? Is it working for you now ? Still not for me. I even deleted all my messages on my iPad to help it indexing the files but doesn’t change anything. Do you know if 15.2 changes something ?

I have the same problem, but only in my IPad Pro. I can’t get to make it appear the “Shared with you” section on the “For You” tab.
On my iPhone it works perfectly thought. And I verified both have the same settings on messages. Both devices are running iOS/iPadOS 15.1

Is it working for photos ? And if yes, are the photos appearing immediately after being received or do you need to charge your phone before ? Thanks

It is working for photos only in my iphone. But not in my iPad Pro. Bud both have the same settings and same iOS/iPadOS (15.1)
Yet, for safari I checked that it works for both.

Do you have to charge your iPhone to see photos indexed or do they appear immediately like for Safari ?

i remember when I first updated my iPhone, the shared with you section it didn’t appear right away in photos. Andrew a few days I checked back and it was there. So yes, I have charged the iPhone a few times in the mean time.
But so I did the iPad Pro, yet not showing there.
