JM macrumors 601 Nov 23, 2014 4,087 6,382 Dec 8, 2015 #27 8.3 IS more responsive and smooth, but 9.2 on (at least) my 5s is running well. I prefer smooth and speed, but I updated because of the ad blockers and other little things o iOS 9 vs iOS 8.
