Hello.
I'm not sure in what category I should put that, but bootcamp is a macos feature, so I try here.

I'm working in a eCommerce & Digital Marketing Agency and some of us are working on iMac with Windows. Currently Windows is on a Bootcamp Partition and we can go back to Macos. I'm wondering if we should just install Windows without bootcamp, we can get the drivers from bootcamp, but we wouldn't have the macos partition.
We don't actually need macos at all.

So, is it still better to use bootcamp? Are there issus from installing Windows directly on the iMac?

You do in fact need macOS, yes. If the firmware of the hardware needs to be updated because of a security risk or something, it can only be updated through macOS.
