I am so unstable without my medication.

I have occasional bouts of anxiety and just the other day I got a warning "Your pulse went over 120 when you were seemingly at rest" (or something like that). And legitimately I was just standing there but sorta freaking out about something.
Have you discussed this with your doctor? Maybe there are medications that don't have those side effects?
Just be calm and don't think about bad things mate! Do what makes you happy...buy things, talk to friends, watch TV...Do you live alone?

Nice of you to share this, so far I was able to download a basic free Hermes face on black meridian background on Facer for my SS series 9 which I bought for a great deal last year, so I can’t justify buying a Hermes in SS color at the moment. I do have the SBSS Hermes series 9 as well, so I’m good for now.
