It worked for mine and my wife's. Don't know if they officially are the same or not. I doubt they made different ones since the phone has the same specs but I can't be for sure.

I'm coming from a iPhone 6 so no complaints from me. It's been a great upgrade since I didn't do the 6s. Going with the plus this time made it even better
