A very nice kit. I've thought about adding an EOS 3; my Leicas handle all of my 35mm street photography - where manual focus and stealth are king - but everyone once in a while, a guy with two kids could use 45 autofocus points and eye control. ;)

Great thread, and I have thoroughly enjoyed reading it and reading about some of the cameras posted.

Actually, I still have a film camera, as I have never graduated to digital photography. On topic, my current camera is a Leica R7, which is a wonderful camera, though I don't take it out half often enough.

More recently, I bought a M6 which I had my eye on for ages, as I wished to move into the Leica rangefinder world, and I have bought a few Leica lenses to accompany it, but, unfortunately, I have not yet taken possession of it, as I work abroad.

Earlier, I have had a Nikon F100, earlier still, a Pentax P30T (an extraordinarily robust camera) and before that, my first SLR, a Pentax ME Super (which was a gorgeous camera, and which was light, nimble, robust; I loved it). My very first camera was an antique Minolta rangefinder which was given to me as a present when I was a teenager.
