BTW. I've been using my iPhone 15PM Personal Hotspot for the last 3 days without any issues plenty fast for all our internet needs....But I will keep Spectrum for $29/mo. They did lower my speed to 100MBPS which is plenty fast for us.

If AT&T fiber is not available, but you're still in AT&T footprint, then you might be eligible for their Internet Air product. That's going to give you way more flexibility than iPhone-as-a-hotspot.

Your hotspot bucket on T-mobile is fixed (50GB/month?) right? The "3G speeds" after your normal-speed bucket runs out are usually very optimistic, in my experience.

Actually I contacted T-Mobile about that cap question this past Monday and was told that my account has no cap for Personal Hotspot. But...yell that would probably be a problem if 50GB/month was a cap. It's a moot point now that we're staying with Spectrum for $29/mo discount.
