Stick your hand in the water if it goes blue and numb it's cold, if it goes red and blisters it's hot. Hope that helps.
Another tip, hold your shuffle in front of each item. Now separate into piles, the cloths you could still see the shuffle in front of, and one those you couldn't. Congratulations you've just separated your whites.
Next, start tasting the powder you find in the cupboard under the sink one of them will taste soapy....
