iPad Pro Skin (Dbrand or Similar) with iPad Pro Magic Keyboard?

I bought the same one you have on your 12.9" for mine (11") just a couple days ago, actually. Looks like it might be grippy without picking up grime. Ordered it without the Apple logo cutout to further minimize scratches since I figure I'll be putting down on a table at least some of the time.

That's what I did on mine. I ordered without the cutout, if I wanted the Apple logo, I used either a vintage logo sticker I had or one from any number of products stuck in the general area. I went with one from a product and slapped it on the Black Swarm skin.

Yeah, I'm not really too worried about people seeing the Apple logo. Everyone knows it's an iPad...

how much bigger? Would it still work with just more of the MK border showing? Any pictures?

It would still cover most of the sections With a small border on the MK showing. Problem is the skin would cover the new apple  in the MK. And some modificaiton would be needed for areas to the right and left of the tRack pad. I have been thinking of just applying what I have until official skins are released.

I have my dBrand “Dragon Skin” installed on my iPad and I’m incredibly pleased with it. Won’t have the Magic Keyboard until tomorrow unfortunately.

Decalgirl.com sold a skin for my ASK. I just got my skin for my new iPad Pro and I emailed and asked when they would have skins available for the new Magic Keyboard....waiting for a reply. Once I see it's available I will post here....great quality stuff.

Yeah, the iStyles one I ordered is labeled "Decal Girl" and that was the case with my last one too. These are good quality and can take a beating, going by the one I had on my ASK.

I have a cheapo iPhone 11 Pro Max case I'm not using so I'm going to use the camera cutout on that case as my template and use an exacto knife to widen the space so that it fits correctly around the iPad's camera. It's not going to look perfect, but I think I can get it pretty close. And if not, I'll just cut away that whole corner.

But first......I need my actual Magic Keyboard, which is on a UPS truck at the moment.

Finally got my keyboard and applied the Decal Girl skins to it. I decided to just cut the corner off to accommodate the camera. Otherwise it fit pretty much the same as it would have on the old ASK but just a tad too small in some spots as someone mentioned earlier. Attaching some pics—you’ll notice it even let the Apple logo show through.

I think this is the route I’ll go down, the colour makes a nice contrast to the grey colours too.

Just ordered the slate version. Thanks for the pictures. It’s perfect enough, especially since nobody has any skins for the keyboard case yet, and I want to start protecting the finish asap!

I'm sure you can probably do a better job than I did cutting off that corner. I was using pretty crappy scissors.

The dBrand I ordered does not cover the sides. Still have to figure something out for that. I have the red "Dragon Skin" one.

Have the Slickwraps one for my smart folio keyboard and it’s worked well at protecting outside and also def pref the colour I chose to the rather bland drab colour Apple use, now hoping that dBrand release something as having done research Slickwraps as well as being slow seem less than pleasant.

I decided to install my extra slick wraps ASK folio skin I had to my ipad magic keyboard. Coverage is not 100 percent but better than naked in my opinion. I wish Apple chose a different material for the MK.

How did you get the palm rest skins? Its not an area on the ASK right?

No palm rest on the ASK - I used the area above the keyboard that would normally be skinned and I cut to length to surround the trackpad on the MK.

I highly recommend this brand and can tell you all from personal experience that they don’t do any damage upon removal.
