AT&T has nothing to do with that? Apple just hates their US customers?

That's not an app. That's a feature that is completely acceptable to block if q carrier feels the need to IMO (not that I like it however). Don't belive me? Look at all there other phones there not handicapped when itncomesnto MMS and tethering. AT&T needs to stop sucking apples ****....

I find Skype on the iPhone is near useless anyway, as it doesn't support push notifications.. So you can't use Skype for inbound calls or chatting. It's only good for outbound calls, and that's also marginally useful as they're dragging their feet enabling it over 3G.

In addition, Skype uses proprietary call signaling technology so you can't use it with standards-based SIP dialers (i.e. iSIP).

I think with Google recently acquiring Gizmo5 and getting serious about voice - Skype is going to die a slow death.

During a phone call on skype, you will get disconnected whenever you get a push alert, text or other notifications. The problem has been there since day one and they still haven't release an update to fix this problem. It gets really annoying after getting disconnected every ten minutes or so. Really disappointed in Skype.
