SNES for iPhone

OK so im lost.

I went to WINSCP and changed the permissions to 0755 in Octal. but still cannot use the ingame save feature. I can save state, but have to create a new state everytime. (If I try and use current state it doesn't overwrite the old save) I also tried chown -hR mobile /var/mobile. But when i type it in it gives me this error.

Cannot get real path for '/private/var/mobile/Media/ROMs/SNES/chown -hR mobile /var/mobile'.
No such file or directory.
Error code: 2
Error message from server: No such file
Request code: 16

So any help would be greatly appreciated.
