Hi!
I just have a new MBP retina with El Capitan, my old MB (white) was dead and I bought a new one.
I removed the old drive from the MB and put it into an USB case and I tried to start it in the new MBP using the option key (as I usually do with others drives into my old MB), but it didn't start, It shows the selection disk, and when selecting the Snow leopard usb drive, the apple logo and nothing more happens.
How can I start the old system? It doesn't matter if it is native start, or with some virtualization software (parallels, vmware, virtualbox...) I want to do some checkings into configuration and apps before use the migration tool to update into the new El Capitan system.
Thanks in advance,
