So how does the iPad fit in the case?

So does it need to be on the dock to use the photo frame function or does it just have to be locked? Because I dont like how the dock cant be used in landscape mode for photo frame functionality....if the dock isnt required, using this case in landscape mode standing up would be much more appealing.

Dock is just for a stand and charging purposes. I think you can hook up a speaker to it.

Does anyone know if you can dock it with the case on? I ordered both the case and the ipad dock and am wondering if I waisted money on the dock. I don't want to have to take it out of the case everytime I connect it to the computer.

Unless someone who saw in person at the keynote, I bet it may not fit.
