Little update on my XZ. It got sent off for repair just under 3 weeks ago. Being a CPW staff member I could check the status of it and it was just on 'attempting repair' for ages.
Previously they had updated with 'awaiting parts' so they had tried to repair it.
Anyway the phone came back today... but they just sent a brand new one! New boxed Xperia XZ.
Apparently they couldn't fix the fault so just gave me a like for like. Can't complain!
